These Terms of Service govern use of the Hype Vision website and AI-powered video analytics platform provided by Hype Vision.

By using the site or service, you are deemed to accept these terms.

Hype Vision is a software platform that analyzes HSE, quality, efficiency, and security inspections using AI from existing IP cameras.

Service scope is limited to modules defined in the customer contract and after discovery.

Keep platform access credentials confidential and prevent unauthorized use.

Use in compliance with laws, KVKK, and workplace internal regulations.

Provide required notice and legal basis for processing camera and personnel data (employer/customer responsibility).

Hype Vision software, interface, brand, and documentation belong to Hype Vision. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

The service is provided with reasonable commercial effort. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

AI outputs are for decision support; final operational and legal responsibility rests with the customer.

The service may be suspended in force majeure cases.

Access may be suspended or terminated in case of breach of contract terms.

Data return and deletion after termination follow the procedures specified in the contract.

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Anatolian) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction for disputes.
